Why isn’t my discount code working — and what should I do?

If your discount code isn’t being accepted, here are a few things to check:

1. Is the code still valid? Check its expiry date.
2. Have you entered it correctly? Pay close attention to swapped characters and capitalisation.
3. Is the code restricted to specific products? Review our promotional terms and conditions.
4. Have you used only one code? Multiple discount codes cannot be combined – only one can be applied per order.
