Follow the steps below to arrange your return and ensure a smooth process.
Step 1: Check if your return meets the guidelines
At Petite Amélie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are:
- Unused
- Unassembled
- In resellable condition
- Ideally returned in the original packaging, with all parts included
Step 2: Complete the return form
To arrange a return, please complete our Return Form.
We will guide you through the next steps:
- Smaller items (toys, textiles, small furniture) can usually be dropped off at a pick-up point.
- Larger furniture will be collected from your home.
Step 3: Understand the return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer:
- £6.90 for toys, textiles, and small furniture (drop-off at pick-up point)
- £9.90 for large furniture (home collection)
We will confirm these costs with you before proceeding.
