Where can I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order through your Petite Amélie account or using your shipping confirmation email:

Via Your Petite Amélie Account

  1. Visit our website and log in to your account.
  2. Go to ‘My Orders’ to view your recent purchases and their current status.

Using Your Shipping Confirmation

  1. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link from our delivery partner.
  2. Click the link to see real-time updates on your parcel’s journey.
