Is it possible to change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, it is, but timing is important.

We process orders quickly so they can be sent out without delay. If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is being prepared for dispatch, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll always do what we can.
