You can reschedule your delivery via DPD’s "Manage My Delivery" service on their website or app. Enter your parcel reference number to check available options. Rescheduling may not be possible if the parcel is already out for delivery.
You can reschedule your DX delivery by visiting the DX Tracking page and entering your parcel details. If eligible, you can request a new delivery date. For further help, contact DX customer service using the details on your delivery notice.
