Our 12-month warranty applies to all furniture, toys, and textiles purchased from Petite Amélie through our webshops or concept stores. The warranty covers defects that occur within the warranty period due to manufacturing or design faults.
Important warranty conditions:
- Items must be used for their intended purpose and according to recommended age guidelines
- Defects caused by intensive or irregular household use are not covered
- Age recommendations must be followed - we cannot cover damage when items are used by children younger than the recommended age. For example, our toy kitchens are designed for ages 3+ because children this age understand how to use the parts properly. Younger children may pull on door handles or push doors backwards, causing damage that isn't covered under warranty.
